The Black Jackets of MINDDRIVE will share how they repowered a classic 86 K10 into a diesel-electric powerhouse, taking on real responsibility and bringing bold ideas to life. Get a behind-the-scenes look at teamwork, creativity, and high school innovation in action.

SPARKS OF ART at the Box Gallery features original welded sculptures created by MINDDRIVE students in grades 8–12. Join us in celebrating the closing of the exhibition at the Box Gallery Reception. Enjoy refreshments and meet the student artists behind the work.
APRIL 7th, APRIL 21st, MAY 12th
Join us at Operation Breakthrough for Level 1, 2, and 3 of the MINDDRIVE FPV Drone Racing Series. MINDDRIVE Team Black and Team Purple race to take home a trophy.
APRIL 25TH 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM
One hour, one battery pack, most laps win. Come cheer on MINDDRIVE at the Touchstone Electrorally West as they compete against other regional high school teams.
SATURDAY MAY 2nd, 2026 10 AM - 3 PM
Don’t miss the annual MINDDRIVE Invitational! As the final race of the season, this event brings high school teams from across the region and the country to Kansas City to compete head-to-head. It’s the biggest event of the year at MINDDRIVE. Full of competition, innovation, and electric racing.
Come see the action up close and cheer on the teams as they battle for the final laps of the season.
